Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Layer Brett Studio, including digital content (e.g., ebooks, templates), live workshops, and consulting sessions, if and when they are offered.

Digital content

• Instant downloads: due to their nature, these are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Cooling-off (UK/EEA): if you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase unless you have started the download/access or expressly agreed to immediate delivery, which waives the right to cancel.
• Accidental duplicate purchase or technical issue: we will refund or replace access once verified.

Workshops and events

• Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event start, minus any non-recoverable processing fees.
• Within 14 days of the event start: you may transfer your ticket to another person or to a future date, subject to availability.
• If we cancel or reschedule, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a new date.

Consulting sessions

• Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice: full refund or reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: up to 50% fee may be retained to cover allocated time.

Refund method and timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider, typically 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-refundable items

• Gift cards and promotional credits.
• Customized or bespoke consulting deliverables already performed.
• Digital content after access/download has begun (subject to applicable consumer law).
